Entreprendre et innover dans l'industrie à Tunis. Ancrage territorial et inscription dans les réseaux internationaux des entrepreneurs privés industriels de la région de Tunis.

Abstract : The process of industrial territorialisation, if we mean so the appropriation of their space by local industrial actors there acting in mutual interaction, has difficulty in coming true in the region of Tunis. The innovation in SMI (SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED INDUSTRY) suffers from it and remains incrémentale. The actors involved in the industrial adventure - entrepreneurs or future entrepreneurs, executives, inventors - privilege the reticular relation to the detriment of the territorial relation of typical nearness, for example clusters, but also localized productive systems or innovative circles. It would be advisable nevertheless to consider the territorial relation of nearness as a complement indispensable to the inscription of the actors in national or international networks, otherwise the bulks, national or foreign, would not know about themselves to exercise their effects of polarization in a direction favorable to the local development of small and medium-sized enterprises. A key of understanding of all these phenomena consists in scrutinizing the way the local actors represent themselves their present situation which is partly inherited from past, and how they act consequently.
