Approche intégrée en planification et ordonnancement de la production

Abstract : In this thesis, we address the problem of integrating planning (tactical) and scheduling (operational) decision levels. In practice and in theory, planning and scheduling decisions are still most often taken sequentially. The proposed production quantities are often inconsistent with the actual capacity constraints of the workshop. This thesis we propose approaches for solving integrated production planning and scheduling problems. We develop a new mathematical model which takes into account in a novel way the sequence of operations on the machines thus guaranteeing the feasibility of the production plan. We propose a Lagrangian heuristic to solve this model for a xed sequence of operations. The originality of our approach is twofold. First, only Lagrangian multipliers related to the most violated constraints are explicitly updated (since there exist an exponential number of capacity constraints) and, second, the procedure used to construct a feasible solution is signicantly dierent than the classical smoothing heuristics used in previous Lagrangian heuristics for lot sizing problems. We develop two approaches based on Simulated annealing and Tabu search to improve the sequence of operations and to search an optimal production plan associated to a feasible sequence. Numerous Experimental results have been conducted and validate the eciency of the approaches.
