Comportement du béton au jeune âge dans les structures massives. Application au cas de réparation des ouvrages.

Abstract : In the study of the behavior of concrete at early age in the massive structures, the endogenous shrinkage and thermal seem major phenomena, which are responsible for creep when the shrinkage is prevented. Chemical reaction of cement with water is exothermic and thermo-activated, which induced dilation strains then contraction one. The heat of the hydration can create differential strains between the skin and the core of the structure, this can cause cracking at early age. In this context, this thesis is dedicated to the study of the viscoelastic of the concrete at early age in the massive structures. The idea is to develop a numerical model which describes the viscoelastic behavior of the concrete at early age, and which make it possible to predict the stresses at early age and the risk of cracking. A method of identification of the parameters of the model is proposed starting from simple tests developed at the laboratory and on site. A validation will be carried out by confrontation with tests carried out. Finally, the developed model is applied to simulate real structures, which are confronted with the strain and temperature measurements carried out on site.
