DYNAMIQUE DES REPRESENTATIONS ET EFFICACITE DANS LES SYSTEMES « EQUIPE DE TRAVAIL »

Abstract : The study of the work team concept is recent in psychology, but also rich and polymorphic. The analysis of the established knowledge on this concept leads to a re-articulation of the notions, which are associated with him, and to a fundamental reflection epistemological and paradigmatically on the contribution of the cybernetic and the systemic, in the study of the teamwork. This first approach of reflection ends in the formulation of an analysis model, which repositions the notions of efficiency and team's dynamic of with regard to the new notion of system of the members' representations of team. From then on, the general problem concerns the distances and the dynamics of these representations within the system "team" and their link with the team's dynamics and its efficacy. Three presented researches allow to confirm the existence of this link, in particular under the angle of the relation between the members and their manager. So, as far as their system's representations converges on and are near, it establishes an observation positively associated with the dynamics of their team and with its efficiency. This observation is more significant from with the dynamic than with the efficacy. Beyond the significant theoretical contributions, these works allow to criticize the epistemological and methodological composed frame and to advance new perspectives of researches on the teamwork. Besides, an opening to the praxis is proposed in final exercise.
