CARACTÉRISATIONS OPTIQUES, MORPHOLOGIQUES ET ÉLECTRIQUES D'OLIGOANILINES : APPLICATION POUR LES CAPTEURS

Abstract : Objective of this thesis aim to determine the doping mechanisms of the oligoanilines and to find the best conditions of elaboration of the oligoanilines thin films in order to integrate them as an actives materials in the sensors. Initially, we present a spectroelectrochemical study of the oligoanilines in solution in order to determine their electronic structure in the neutral states then to follow the modifications of this electronic structure at the time of the oxidation and the protonation. With the help of (Using) these different results, we could make correspond the variations of position of the Raman shifts observed with the variations of the considered force constants. The interpretation of these adjustments brought us to propose a reactional diagrams. Then, we present the crystallographic and optical characterizations of the single crystals of terphényldiamine. Two structures are thus placed in a prominent position, and delicately characterized, determinant work for the study of oligoanilines deposed in thin films. The deposition parameters of thin films are then presented, and the study of these films is realised by atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and at last by Raman spectroscopy. The influence of the conditions of carrying into effect are set ahead as well as the consequences on the morphology, and the nature of doped species. Finally, after a bibliographical study on the sensors, and on the conduction models in the polymers and the conducting oligomers, a study of the electrical proprieties in function of doping by vapours and in function of the temperature is presented.
