# Contribution à l'étude des effets systématiques pour le traitement des données de l'instrument Planck-HFI

Abstract : The observation of the Cosmic Microwave Background during the forty last years has been one of the most prolific field of astrophysics. Celebrated by two Nobel prices, this major result confirmed spectacularly the Big-Bang theory. The detailed study of this microwave background also helped to strongly constrain the various Universe cosmological models. With the ESA Planck experiment, cosmology enters a new age; the precision cosmology era''. It will be the most sensitive experiment performing an all-sky survey with such angular resolution. The high sensitivity of Planck implies a tighter control of the systematics effects of instrumental origin. This Ph-D was completed in the context of the control of the systematic effects for the High Frequency Instrument (HFI) of Planck. Control of the systematic effects inplies three types of activities: Identification, Quantification and Correction. This Ph-D mostly presents the results obtained during the work on the identification and quantification of the thermal systematic effects of Planck-HFI. Some results about the quantification of the electronics cross-talk and the correction of the thermal effects are also presented.
