Passage à l'acte et angoisse paroxystique : interrogation psycho-criminologique

Abstract : The research is based on the fundamental function of anguish in the movement of the crisis. The different drives process gives rise to the concept of paroxystic anguish. This concept is extracted from the expression of an indeterminate anguish in a specific and significant syndrome of the impact of an aggressive excess of the drive of self-destruction. The introduction of the concept of paroxystic anguish is elaborated from a métapsychologique viewpoint in its quantitative and qualitative side. This Paroxysmal anguish concept corresponds to a violent impulsive discharge: an act indicating the particularity of a no structural anguish and a fatal psychological disorder. Its effect is firstly treated as a behavioural aspect, an impulsive acting: connectedness acting between acting out and the passage in the act and oriented afterwards to the suicidal crisis bringing in a " appeal to the act ". Subsequently under its somatic aspect: persistence of psychological suffering considered in corporeal symptoms. Finally the meaning of self-destruction evolution revealing an inner violence is specified and this allows making a difference between the aggressiveness and destructivity underlining then the narcissistic problematic. Experiments give an explanation about the psychopathological process and the resolving way of acting. Experiments display towards the problems related with emotional dependency, with addiction, explicit the intersubjectivity role and rise up interesting conceptual opportunities.
