Contribution à la prise de décision dynamique en maintenance prévisionnelle par formalisation d'un principe d'opportunité.

Abstract : The needs to produce "more", "better" and "cheaper" are today in line with a financial crisis which makes companies struggle with economical issues (related to the obligation to make profits), social issues (related to safety of men and machines) and environmental ones (related to the reduction of nuisance and pollution). At the equipment level, the system maintaining in operational conditions (SMOC) has to deal with these issues. Maintenance is the key process of the SMOC, and one of the most significant
processes to lever up the global performances of the system when associated to a prognosis process. This defines predictive maintenance strategies. Those new forms of maintenance make numerous scientific as well as industrial issues rise, and some are tackled in the present document: When to perform a particular predictive maintenance action? How to group together several preventive maintenance actions? What is opportunity for maintenance?
Answers to these questions make use of different mathematical tools, such as Bruss algorithm (in stochastic analysis) or equivalence relations (in algebra). Finally, an industrial application on TELMA platform is presented.
