Logistique hospitalière : organisation de la chaîne logistique pharmaceutique aval et optimisation des flux de consommables et des matériels à usage unique

Abstract : The consumables (drogues, nourishing pockets...) and materials with single use (instrument sutures, syringes, and gloves) constitute the one of the most significant streams flows in frequency and value in hospitals. The control of their supply chain, towards the needs of hospital departments, defines a stake in patient security and in control of the costs descended from their stocking zones as well as from their lapsing. The faced problem puts several questions of strategic order. How can we size the activity streams of hospital pharmacy? The current organization of the chain and the stocking zones of pharmaceutical products is-it in accordance with the best practices in the hospital sector? In the refutation, what organization do we have to look? The management of the supplies and the stocks in the establishment pharmacy as well as in the units cares, is-it optimal? To answer these questions within the framework of our thesis, we structured our work in two parts. The research for investigation methodology is based on state of the knowledge, and application to the establishment pharmacy of the university hospital of Croix-Rousse. These works lead us to conclude that analysis methods and management tools from manufacturing systems can be used to hospitals systems.
