L'élaboration de modèles et d'outils pour l'analyse et la conception des usages des outils de travail collaboratif en entreprise

Abstract : Lot-sizing is one of the many issues arising in the context of production planning. Its main objective is to In response to a continuously evolving and unstable economic environment, companies multiply and diversify their strategies to prove their adaptability and flexibility abilities. “The Collaborative Working”, even internally to the enterprise and with the actors of its ecosystem as well, had been imposed for decades, as one of the most important keys of these strategies. Consequently, enterprises have put the "issues of the collaboration" into the heart of their models of organization and information systems. Nevertheless nowadays, the increasing multiplication of collaboration software as well as the diversification of work methods' and collaboration contexts', the “usage of collaboration technologies” tend to be highly complex and are more and more heterogeneous. Collaboration issues are complex (i.e. organizational, technological, functional, cultural, and human issues). Thus, workers and more generally companies, lack methodological tools allowing usage visibility, usage improving and usage patterns understanding. These tools are also useful to redefine the collaborative usages, as well as to ameliorate their performance. In this thesis we propose methods for the analysis and the improvement of the collaborative usages within a complex organizational environment. In the first part of this thesis, and basing on a wide epistemological study of "the usage" concept, we develop a meta-model for collaborative working tools' usage analysis in heterogeneous environments. We identify generic units of analysis allowing us to address its different facets. These units allow, in transversal study, the description of the collaboration contexts, their specificities, and the usages models in these contexts. Considering the “collaboration” as a complex concept, we lean on the fundamentals of the “Systemic Approach” to develop, "Design & AmUse”: a methodology for the improvement and conception of collaborative usages. "Design & AmUse", offers a conceptual framework representing and describing in details the elements of a mediated collaboration which are: the "collaboration technology" and the "collaboration context". The approach proposes afterward a set of "fit actions" between technologies and contexts while combining activities of collaboration modeling, technologies' customizing and appropriation support. This generic framework will be methodologically and operationally specified at three levels corresponding to various industrial needs: 1) the improvement of the current usages within an organization, 2) the re-conception of these collaborative usages and 3) the long-term analysis of their evolution
