Abstract : In a manufacturing process, many sensors are used. These sensors represent different reliability, different way to be installed and could be a source of defection. For all these reasons, indsutrials tried to find a solution which gives better performance of their manufacturing process. This thesis made a new proposition: use one vision system for the command and the fault detection. The principle of this method is to base the command part on the informations given by the only source of "vision system". The advantage of this structure is to use the vision system for the command and also for fault's detection and localisation. It's clear that for this solution a different structure of the control/command part should be realised. The informations of the vision system and sensors are treated analysed and the transmitted to actionners. Many algorithems of image treatement exist. The general principle of the treatement is reprensented in this thesis also several algorithems like the movement detection, edge detection. One important condition to be respected in the new structure is the reactivity. A fast response of the command part is very important in the indsutrial domain. Another problem treated in this thesis is the luminosity effect on the treatement result. To resolve these problems several algorithems are proposed and applied on different applications.
