Evaluation qualitative et quantitative de scénarios d'évolution de l'organisation et de son système d'information

Abstract : According that arbitration is an essential step of global evolution management process of an organization and that a large-scale number of requirements are taken into account, we propose the NENO method in order to assist decisional stakeholders during arbitrations. Existing prioritization requirement engineering approaches don't consider scalability problem. They manage requirements independently. The many alternatives and decisional criteria can't allow the application of these approaches in real industrial context. NENO method bundles requirements (functional goals) to decrease the number of alternatives and evaluations. Collections of requirements respect dependences between goals (levels of abstraction for instance). Decisional criterias are modeled by long-term business objectives. Business experts evaluate the contribution of functional goals to business objectives. The gathered process of evaluations is participative, progressive and qualitative. A set of algorithms combines individual evaluations and calculates final priorities
