Prise en compte des contraintes associées au couple MO-CN en génération de trajectoires 5 axes UGV

Abstract : Free form surfaces from aeronautical and automotive domains are produced by 5 axis and high speed machining to improve quality or productivity. However, the management of multi axis and high velocities cause problems to the set machine tool - numerical controller during trajectory execution.
This work concerns the optimization of 5 axis machining within the context of HSM through the study of the trajectories and their follow-up. After the analysis of the execution process of trajectories and the identification of associated limits, a model for performance prediction during follow-up is developed; it makes it possible to detect critical portions of the tool path as well as the limiting elements. Then, an optimization structure based on a surface modelling of the tool path is presented. The optimization of the tool axis orientation integrating the previous constraints is more specifically studied to evaluate the feasibility of the approach.
