Abstract : The spaces of wine in Aquitaine (Bordeaux, Bergerac, Jurançon, place of sud west of France) are in mutation. They have to face the reforms of the greats institutions, in particular INAO. The territorial division becomes the spaces stake. Furthermore, to can answer at the globalized request, the producers, the traders and the others actors of the world of wine establish a governance. She pass by an implementation to a new decisional level : the ponds of production. This mode of territorial management which modify the relationship between the actors becomes a tool of spatial reorganization. Governance, in fact, have many impacts on the places where the wine is here, to the vineyard at the commercialization spaces networkings. Then governance is build as a politico-social geosystem which guarantees the horizontal functioning of the power relationship. The spaces of wine has read by a political geography which tunes a central place of the wine professionals on the territorial chessboard. The actorials strategies represent mutations spaces and territories shells. It's question to make a social geography of a wine world in metamorphosis.
