Constantes d'Hermite et théorie de Voronoï

Abstract : This thesis extends Voronoy theory to the generalised Hermite invariants defined by T. Watanabe for the adelic linear group : it characterises via perfection and eutaxy properties the local maxima of this invariant in terms of Humbert forms. By extension of the inequalities and the methods known in the classical case, some values of the constants are presented in particular cases. Finally, notions of vexillar design and strongly perfect lattice are introduced for the flag variety and provide via group theory a large class of examples of extreme lattices.
