Contribution à la modélisation du comportement dissipatif des élastomères chargés : D'une modélisation micro-physiquement motivée vers la caractérisation de la fatigue.

Abstract : This work integers a large cooperation between the LMA and the Eurocopter society dealing with caracterisation and model of filled elastomers behavior (thermic behavior, thermo-mechanic...).
This thesis is devoted to the fatigue behavior and its model for filled silicate elastomer.
Firstly, thanks to hypothesis about mechanisms of interaction filler/matrix and behaviors of different phases, we propose two rheological hyper-visco-plastic models allowing to convey statistically the macroscopic behavior of this material.
Then, an experimental campaign of fatigue tests on tension and double shearing samples is realised. This one allow to follow the behavior evolution along the fatigue process at different levels of fatigue (numbers of cycles) and for various fatigue configurations (frequencies, deformations...). For each level of fatigue, caracterisation tests (quasi-static, relaxation, triangular tests) are carried out. An identification strategy on experimental caracteristic results is developed. It allows to determine the parameters of statistical models and to deduce their fatigue evolution.
A fatigue damage model is then proposed, including hypothesis of isotripic fatigue, linear cumul and an energetic evolution.
