Circuits et systèmes de modélisation analogique de réseaux de neurones biologiques: application au développement d'outils pour les neurosciences computationnelles

Abstract : The main objective of this research work is the development and evaluation of a library of integrated analogical electronic functions; those functions carry out the mathematical operations which exist in the conductance-based models of the neurons ionic channels. The study carries on with the design of a system demonstrator based on an analogue neuromimetic integrated circuit using the previous library. This custom integrated circuit can be used for new experiments based on the hybrid technique. The circuit is next considered to be used in a tool (optimization technique) for the extraction of neuron model parameters. Both techniques can be extended for the study of small neural networks.
