CONCEPTION ET OPTIMISATION D'ACTIONNEURS ELECTROMECANIQUES DANS LE CADRE DE LA PROTECTION BASSE TENSION

Abstract : Electrical power is becoming something common but it remains very dangerous for man. Devices as miniature circuit breakers or residual current devices (RCD) have been developped to keep users and goods safe.
This report deals with RCD or more precisely with electromechanics actuators that we find in these devices. Our work aims therefore at designing and optimizing high sensitiviy polarized relay. The design approach is divided in three axes. Firstly, the use of TRIZ methodology allows to define all different problematics, to complete specifications and to find avenues of research. Then, numerical and analytical models are used to size and optimize the structure. Finally, the making of prototypes allows to valid theoretical results and the working of the relay.
