Modélisation Multiformalisme du Système Cardiovasculaire associant Bond Graph, Equations Différentielles et Modèles Discrets

Abstract : A model-based approach for the interpretation of physiological data is proposed. A model of the CardioVascular System (CVS), integrating the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), has been developed by considering the variety of: spatial scales (cells, tissues, organs, ...), temporal scales (ionic dynamics, heart rate, ...) and energy domains (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic,...). To take into account theses characteristics, different formalisms have been used: Bond Graph, Differential Equations and Cellular Automata. The approach is applied to two clinical problems: the analysis of the ANS influence on the CVS and the study of the ventricular activity. After data acquisition, the model parameters are adapted to each patient to reproduce observed signals and to assist in their interpretation.
