Analyses dynamiques du réseau de distribution en présence des productions décentralisées

Abstract : Deregulation of the energy market has created major changes in the electricity sector, especially with the presence of distributed generation in distribution networks. On the one hand, system operators hope to have energy provided by Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), while on the other hand limiting the latter's negative influence on the network in critical situations. Thus, robust methodologies or advanced functions are needed in order to guarantee security of supply and the effective exploitation of electrical networks in the future. Our work on this subject consisted of two parts. The first was devoted to decreasing the size of the network containing the DERs which needed to be simulated. The distribution network was divided into two subnetworks, the studied network and the external network, where the latter was replaced by an external equivalent. The static and dynamic equivalent methods which gave better technical aggregation of the external network contributed a part, the TVPP, to the constitution of virtual power stations within the framework of the European FENIX project. The second part was carried out in order to develop the methodologies capable of quick angular stability evaluation of synchronous DERs in the network. The hybrid methods which combine time domain simulation with direct methods result in greater advantages. Preventive and curative actions based on these methods were proposed to allow system operators to take the decision to avoid danger areas. Algorithms based on these methods were developed and dynamic simulations were carried out on several test networks, giving satisfactory results which prove the effectiveness of the suggested methods.
