Propriétés acoustiques non linéaires classiques et non classiques : Applications au contrôle de santé des matériaux de l'industrie aéronautique

Abstract : Within the European project AERONEWS for development of Non Destructive Testing methods, aeronautical complex structures are analyzed by Elastic Wave Spectroscopy of classical and non classical non linear properties. The nonlinear coefficient is measured in contact in bi-layered samples thanks to a calibrated phase modulation method. A phenomenological approach of hysteretic crack area behaviour is carried out with a Preizach-Mayergoysz space. A 3D numerical pseudo-spectral algorithm, using the Kelvin notations, valids crack localisation methods, NEWS-TR and TR-NEWS, combining time reversal acoustic with a nonlinear treatment. The nonlinear signature is extracted with the pulse inversion method. An instrumentation is created to fit the experimental methods of defect detection.
