Contribution à l'ordonnancement des activités de maintenance dans les systèmes de production.

Abstract : In this thesis, we are interested on scheduling production and maintenance on one machine and a Flow Shop. Our objective is to determine resolution methods optimizing one criterion. This later takes into account both production and maintenance aspects. The priority rules and genetic algorithms have shown effectiveness in the problem resolution. Our contribution allows of two pparts. The first part gives dominance rule based solutions for one machine problem. The second part proposes a Branche and Bound algorithm for the two-machine flow shop production/maintenance scheduling problem. The third part concerns the m-machine flow shop problem. For the resolution, we propose a genetic algorithm (GA). The GA initial population is generated from a heuristic proposed in the one machine case and a stochastic descent. For the purpose of reducing the frequency of breakdowns, we apply the systematic preventive maintenance and we propose a method to determine maintenance periods.
