Modélisation des flux d'information dans un système de e-maintenance.

Abstract : The equipment maintenance has always been the key element for the plant's productivity as well as for the products quality. First, the maintenance cost represents the important part of the global production cost, and the equipment failure can be of an important influence for the products quality as well as for the machine's availability. the maintenance activities remain nowadays an industrial challenge implying questioning the "frozen" structures and promotion of the new methods adapted to the modern nature of the equipments. The technological progress in the communication domain encouraged the appearance of new maintenance types and forms such as remote maintenance, e-maintenance and distributed maintenance. The major problem of these solutions, based on the modern communication systems, such as Internet, remains their non-deterministic nature. The impossibility to guarantee the Quality of Service can have an important impact on the system's applications functioning and, as consequence, on the machine's availability. The Maintenance Management System modeling methodology proposed in this thesis permits to predict the chosen communication system's behavior facing the information flow generated by the system.
