Etude du cofrittage de matériaux diélectriques et magnétiques pour composants passifs intégrés

Abstract : Dielectric and magnetic ceramic materials having a low sintering temperature were studied and developped for the realization of integrated passive functions.
The selected dielectric material belongs to the ANT solid solution (AgNbxTa1-xO3). CuO addition made it possible to decrease its sintering temperature to 880°C while keeping good dielectric properties : permittivity = 400 ; dielectric losses < 5.10-3 at 1.5 GHz ; stability of epsilon between – 25 and + 150°C.
The magnetic material is a NiZnCu ferrite substituted by cobalt. Bismuth oxide additions allowed sintering at temperatures as low as 880°C with good properties : permeability = 300, power losses < 500 mW/cm3 at 1.5 MHz, 25 mT up to 100°C.
