Abstract : Modeling of the thermodynamic cost of the pseudoknots structures. Development of an algorithm of exact acceleration of the Mote Carlo dynamics. Development and interfacing Web of a code of folding up of RNA molecule including pseudoknots. Made kinematic of the dynamics of folding up. Statistical study of the prevalence of the pseudoknots in biological and random sequences. Experimental checking of the code folding up. Experimental demonstration of the existence of a super-code guiding for the native folding up of RNA.
