Contribution à l'ordonnancement des activités de maintenance sous contrainte de compétence: une approche dynamique, proactive et multi-critère.

Abstract : Maintenance services intervene to maintain or to repair equipments. With the reduction of the equipments unavailability, they participate to the improvement of the enterprises competitiveness. Maintenance services are mainly composed of human resources who realize maintenance tasks. One problem of the maintenance manager is to find, for each task, which resource will be in charge of it and when.
In this thesis, we are interested in a problem of assignment and scheduling by taking in consideration competences of human resources. Differences of competences are few integrated in models of the literature. Resources are often considered as being identical or having only one competence. The different types of tasks present also specificities which are few found in the approaches of the literature. This problematic can be find in others contexts and is more generally an assignment and scheduling problem of activities of a service.
We propose a dynamic resolution approach for a mono-criterion scheduling problem. In the maintenance context, criteria concerning resources but also tasks are important. We proposed, then, a multi-criteria extension to this dynamic approach. Some data which are used to build schedules are uncertain. To anticipate the presence of uncertainties, we propose a dynamic and proactive approach to a multi-objective scheduling problem in uncertain context. All these approaches are based on an improvement method of solutions. This one is inspired by the kangaroo method and modifies only partially the current solutions.
