Analyse des résidus de spallation et des particules associées dans la réaction Fe+p à 1 GeV par nucléon

Abstract : A new type of spallation experiment has been carried out at the GSI accelerator facility in Darmstadt (Germany), in order to improve the modelling of the spallation reaction. It is based on the coincidence measurement in inverse kinematics of the spallation residues and the de-excitation fragments. This work presents the analysis of the reaction Fe+p at 1 GeV per nucleon performed for the first time with this setup.
Results on cross sections and heavy residue velocity spectra are compared to previous data and enabled us to characterize the setup. The de-excitation of the pre-fragment is then studied as a function of the violence of the collision. A particular attention was paid to the study of the emission of fragments of charge greater than or equal to three.
Finally, these data are compared to several spallation codes in order to have a better understanding of their discrepancies with the experimental data.
