Contribution à l'étude des hétérogénéités de déformation viscoplastique de la glace Ih mono et multi cristalline : essais de compression in-situ sous rayonnement X

Abstract : The ice crystal exhibits a strong viscoplastic anisotropy since it deforms mainly by dislocation glide in the basal plane. This strong viscoplastic anisotropy induces strain heterogeneities inside and between grains. To better understand the mechanisms involved in the deformation, creep experiments using X-ray diffraction (topography X and refocalised hard X-rays) on ice single crystals and tri crystals, have been carried out. A special attention has been given to the microstructure evolution (movement of dislocations, density of dislocations, crystallographic distorsions) especially at grain boundaries and at triple junctions.
