CONTRÔLE ACTIF DE MICRO-COMPOSANTS ELECTRONIQUES

Abstract : The constant miniaturization of electronic components, essential to the electronic cards, such as the generators of frequencies, the vibrating gyroscopes or the accelerometers, generates the reduction in their useful mass. These electronic components become very sensitive to the external environment and lose, in a very important way, their effectiveness and the precision of their measurements. Then, two strategies can be implemented in order to solve this problem : active internal stabilization of component or its isolation to the vibrating support.
Our study led us to the theoretical and experimental validations of these two control methods on real sensitive components. Moreover, we extend, via a method of penalization, the application field of a structural criterion of optimization of strategies IFF to the case of strategies DVF. In addition, an original isolation structure founded on a control law using a mixed measurement in absolute acceleration and relative displacement is developed.
