Stratégies de commande intégrée intelligente de procédés de traitement des eaux usées par la digestion anaérobie

Abstract : Anaerobic digestion process is effeicient to treat effluents strongly charged with organic
substrates. Anaerobic bacteria transform the pollutants into a biogas which can be used as
energy source (composed by methane and carbone dyoxide). Nevertheless, this bioprocess
is sensitive to the variations of the operating conditions and it contains variables difficult
to measure. These situations impose a great diversity of research subjects. In this context,
we propose a fuzzy state observer to estimate variables dicult to measure. The observer
fuzzy variables are chosen by a principal components analysis. In addition, the control laws
for the anaerobic digestion are currently designed to solve only one problem at the same
time. Then, we design an intelligent control strategy (based on the fuzzy control) which
combines the advantages of different control actions to achieve several goals at the same
time. Lastly, we carry out an experimental stage to validate the proposed methodology.
