Vers la modélisation et le recalage des liaisons sur les structures en vibrations moyennes fréquences.

Abstract : In structural mechanics simulations, the calculation of the response in the medium frequency range raises several difficulties. Among them, we can mention the problem of the structure hypersensibility, the difficulties to mode] geometry, dumping and joints, and numerical difficulties: the cost of classical finite element methods becomes higher as the frequency increases. This thesis focuses on the problem of modeling joints and identifying the mode] parameters. The method proposes to utilize previous works achieved in the laboratory. We adopt a method initially based on the studies of the error in the constitutive relation, which bas proved to bc robust for the correction of finite element models, and which is here used for updating joint models. On a numerical point of view, the chosen approach is the variational theory of complex rays (VTCR), which is dedicated to the calculation of vibrations in the medium frequency range. To use the'both approaches simultaneously, the main contribution of this work is to propose a \og substructured version \fg of the VTCR, in which joints are entirely considered as substructures with their own unknowns and equations. The validation of this new approach and the robustness of the updating method are studied thanks to numerically simulated experimental results.
