Optimisation des paramètres de croissance, par la technique Bridgman, de monocristaux d'AgGaX2 (X = S ou Se) :
- Etude cristallogaphique et caractérisation optique,
- Simulation numérique de l'hydrodynamique de la phase fluide

Abstract : This report is dedicated to the study of two compounds with chalcopyrite structure, which are the silver thiogallate and the silver gallium selenide. The presentation of their phase diagram and physical properties has permitted to better understand the complexity of their growth. The aim of this study was to improve each of the different elaboration steps in order to optimise their crystalline quality. Residual absorption measurements and second harmonic generation at 10.6 µm have allowed to confirm the AgGaX2 (X = S or Se) crystal interest, with a view to their integration in non linear optical systems. Parallel to this study, a numerical approach of the fluid phase hydrodynamic has been carried out in order to define more precisely the growth phenomena of these compounds.
