Nouvelles géométries optiques pour la Spectroscopie à Corrélation de Fluorescence

Abstract : The initial goal of this work is to propose a technique (based on Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy, FCS) to improve the sensitivity in discrimination of two molecules having close constants of diffusion. It is in this context that we studied the FCCS (Fluorescence Cross-Correlation Spectroscopy). With defect to improve the sensitivity of the Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy we have to propose three geometry of FCCS to widen the field of application of the correlation of fluorescence.
