De l'apprentissage technico-organisationnel ou du rôle des règles dans la structuration de contextes d'interactions - Fondements théoriques et illustrations empiriques

Abstract : In this research task, we propose to bring a reply to the problems of competences' transfers : where are stored knowledge and know-how ? How do they accumulate and are diffused on the level of the structures of collective action ? We support the thesis according to only the individuals are at the origin of learning dynamics, proper to abound a collective cognitive base. With this intention, during their daily interactions with men and machines, these organisational actors make use of rules and resources that structuring themselves social systems. It acts qualified actors : these individuals act intentionally or with full knowledge of the facts, even if consequences of action are never completely foreseeable !...Altogether, contexts of action are construct and reconstruct through co-evolution between learning dynamics and construction of contexts of interactions with the others such as with the machines. Autonomous employees, involved in projects of collective action print practical and experiments in the formal or abstract rules of tasks' achievement. And, us to apply this theory of structuring (A. Giddens) to the organized network of competences' exchanges, resulting from the construction of a new Information System (IS) in CRAM (regional funds of sickness insurance). Another field of application also resides in the artifacts of information's storage, treatment and communication. These artifacts are, indeed, co-ordinating tools, structured owing to their technical rigidity. Nevertheless, they can be structuring if their characterization corresponds to an intrinsic duality : support - object of learning. From this point of view, are integrated there results of learning processes such as relational dynamics, which are associated with these last processes. That goes in the direction of, at the same time, a shared and personalized use of these IS.
