Apports et Intégration de la Robustesse
pour la Supervision de Systèmes Manufacturiers

Abstract : The work proposed in this thesis is interested in manufacturing job-shops with time constraints. We suppose in the study that the resources are allocated and the operations order is fixed by the module of planning/scheduling. The assumptions of repetitive functioning mode without assembling tasks are adopted. For this type of problems, the formalism of P-time Petri nets is used in order to study the operations time constraints.

A rigorous axiomatic is developed aiming to analytically characterize several controllability properties. More precisely, the workshop robustness is approached with or without control reaction qualified as active robustness and passive robustness respectively, towards time disturbances. A computing algorithm of a lower bound of the passive robustness is presented. Moreover, a sufficient condition for the active robustness existence is provided.
Furthermore, the observability of time disturbances is studied and particularly their localization. In the logic of product quality monitoring, we give results about the detection and the localization of constraints violation.

The positioning of our works, regarding a general workshop control architecture, is concretized by integrating the analytical knowledge of the robustness in the filtering mechanism of sensors signals that are associated to operations. This contribution, placed in the module of monitoring/supervision, constitutes one of the robustness advantages to be considered.
