Abstract : Subject on a new GTPase family
I was study an interest family proteins of Archaeabacteria which are conserved in Eucarya and not found in Bacteria. These proteins named PACE are unknow function, and the goal was to know function with their structures. One of these PACE proteins was PAB0955 of Pyrococcus Abyssi. The PAB0955 protein was a GTPase protein, which belongs to COG1100 like the small G protein Sar1. First we supposed that thise protein was a small G protein, but after its structural determination and analysis we know that is not a small G protein. We solved several structure of wild protein in complexe with different nucleotide, and of some mutants structure. With strutcural analysis we determine that your protein was belong to a new GTPase family.


Immunologic project
This project is about the recognition of human immune system. We focuse on several complexe between HLA-A2 and peptides. The goal was to know the link between the structurales features of MCH-peptide complex and the frequency and diversity of activate Tcell by this complex. We also want know the link between the activate Tcell diversity and the frequency of high avidity T lymphocyte, which play an important role in memory response. In this way we solved the structure of HLA-A2m in complex with different peptides on which have biological data.
