ENGAGEMENT EN SYNTHESE HYDROTHERMALE DE
ZEOLITHES

Abstract : This thesis present the synthesis of some organic structure directing agents (SDA) and their use in the preparation of two microporous solids family: zeolites (aluminosilica and pure -silica) and germanosilicates. Different structure directing agent based on methylated 5-azoniaspiro[4,5]décane were obtained and tested in hydrothermal synthesis of aluminosilica, pure silica and germanosilica materials. A new pure silica zeolite named Mu-26 (structural type STF) was prepared with (6R,10S)-6,10-dimethyl-5-azoniaspiro[4.5]decane SDA and present in his as synthesis form a framework symmetry different from the other STF type zeolites. In fluoride media with the (6R,10S)-6,10-dimethyl-5-azoniaspiro[4.5]decane SDA a silicogermanate material named IM-9 which present fluorated D4R units was prepared. With the same SDA ib=n basic media a new silicogermanate named IM-12 crystallised. His structure is characterized by a 2D pore system with 12 and 14 T atoms. This material present a high temperature stability and a great pore volume and can be used in applications like catalysis or adsorption.
