Abstract : X-Ray observations of clusters of galaxies allow two kinds of studies : first they can be individually analysed as cosmological objects, thanks to the capacity of spectro-imagery of XMM-Newton and Chandra telescopes, second, they can be used to study the composition and the evolution of the universe as a whole. These objects present a real cosmological interest as they are the biggest and the most massive objects, lately formed through the gravitationnal collapse of dense regions...
