Informatisation et organisation des activités administratives - essais d'approches théoriques et empiriques

Abstract : This work describes links between computerization, organization, environment and efficiency of managing activities not considered by team theory models and aims to validate them empirically. First, the results of computerization on efficiency and the diffusion of technologies depend on the kind of organization where computerization applied. Second, organization change occurs when computerization is higher than a threshold. Third, when more data are processed, computerization extends and the number of administrative agents is higher. Empirical study of links between the evolution of accounting firm's size validate theoretical predictions. On the hand, the evolution of computerization and the evolution of environment have no links with the evolution of accounting firm's size. On the other hand, the evolution of environment is positively linked to the evolution of computerization.
