Synthèse et propriétés physiques de super-cristaux millimétriques de nanoparticules de fer/cobalt : vers des inducteurs intégrés.

Abstract : he development of portable communication devices raises the problem of integrating new small size, low consumption and high performance inductors. This requires thin film deposition of a high permeability soft magnetic material displaying a resonance frequency beyond the operating one. These properties can be obtained using a nanostructured material composed of monodisperse and organised particles ferromagnetic at room temperature. The controlled decomposition of organometallic precursors leads to the synthesis of iron/cobalt nanoparticles spontaneously organized in millimetre-long super-lattices which are totally characterized by magnetic, structural and electronic microscopy analyses. A further thermal treatment followed by a coating step of the particles allows the optimization of the magnetic and electric properties of the material. Furthermore, these super-crystals show interesting and new magnetotransport properties. The material obtained was finally validated for the application through RF measurements.
