Caractérisation et modélisation du comportement et de l'endommagement d'alliages métalliques sur une grande plage de température

Abstract : Typical thermomechanical loadings applied to rocket engines components can be complex, since they generally involve fast and extensive temperature variations. In this framework, the determination of metallic materials behaviour requires a specific approach consistent with the different experimental responses that can be observed on a large temperature range. In our study, this approach is related to the development of an elasto viscoplastic model coupled to damage, applied to the behaviour of two different alloys used in the aerospace industry : Inconel 600 and Narloy Z. We particularly insist on the specificities of each step of the global process including experimental characterisation, modelling and identification of the final model, in order to exhibit elements that allow for a generalisation of the prescribed method to other concrete issues, such as life prediction of new industrial components.
