Durabilité des matériaux cimentaires : modélisation de l'influence des équilibres physico-chimiques sur la microstructure et les propriétés mécaniques résiduelles

Abstract : Performances of cement-based building materials corne from the hydrated cement. Thanks to experiments and models, these materials have been successfully adapted to specifie chemically aggressive environments. We propose a new approach based on reactive-transport, applicable to any external aggressive solution. Mineral evolution of the cement matrix, by dissolutions or précipitations, is related to that of thé pore solution, linked to thé ionic exchanges with the external environment by itself. Chemical degradations modify the material microstructure, which is modelled by digital images. A complementary mechanical fmite-element model characterizes the residual Young modulus evolution, by using the digital representation of the microstructure.
