Modélisation multirésolution et multiformalisme de l'activité électrique cardiaque

Abstract : An original method of modelling the whole heart, based on a multiresolution and multiformalism consideration of the cardiac electric activity, is proposed.
The concepts of cardiology and electrophysiology as well as a review of the existing models of the cardiovascular system are presented in part 1.
Part 2 is focused on the contributions of this work which concern:
- the proposal for a formal modelling integrating the multiresolution aspects and the portability requirements;
- the proposal of a generic object-oriented multiformalism library that allows a standardized definition of the models and simulators;
- the interest of this library is illustrated on physiological and clinical applications.
A prospective chapter presenting a reflexion for a multiresolution consideration closes this report and shows interesting prospects.
