The efficiency of a research project
Abstract : The Weibull function allows an effective modelling of the results of a research project. Inventions are clustured into chains that are characterised by three parameters: the propensity to invent, the mean time between two inventions and the variation of the latter. Hence, the quality of a research project can be assessed. Using a specific protocol, numerous examples are given.
