Une contribution à l'étude de la stabilité en temps fini et de la stabilisation

Abstract : This PhD thesis concerns the finite-time stability and stabilization of nonlinear dynamical systems, described by ordinary differential equations or ordinary differential inclusions or retarded functional differential equations. After a chapter of introduction with some basic notions on the stability and stabilization of dynamical systems, the first part is dedicated to the study of finite-time stability which is a particular case of asymptotic stability where the solutions of a system reach in a finite amount of time the equilibrium of this system. Our work uses the Lyapunov functions to obtain some conditions for the finite-time stability.
In the second part of this PhD thesis, we study the stabilization by using control Lyapunov functions. A significant part is devoted to the finite-time stabilization.
