Te n'a pas mis en évidence la conguration 3d 4 à laquelle nous nous attendions, car la bande d'absorption, qui s'élargit mais reste visible dans (Ga,Mn)N et qui a été identiée dans les II-VI contenant du Cr en forte dilution ,
les propriétés magnétiques sont sensibles au dopage électrique : le spectre MCD est modié et le ferromagnétisme disparaît avec un dopage p qui, d'après les mesures d'optique, a un eet direct sur les bandes ,
