SURVEILLABILITÉ STRUCTURELLE ET PLATITUDE POUR LE DIAGNOSTIC DES MODÈLES BOND GRAPH COUPLÉS

Abstract : The model based monitoring modules of energy processes present in risky industries are conceived using the Bond Graph model (BG). Because of the multi-domain energies involved in such processes, the use of BG as a multidisciplinary tool is well adapted.
Dynamic models in process engineering industry are strongly non-linear because of the coupling of different energies (thermal, chemical...).
The systematic generation of linearized models of a complex process is considered, the BG of any installation is directly obtained starting from the Process and Instrumentation Diagram (PID). While the real variables in industry are controlled, the processes mainly run around the operating regime and therefore the linearized models can be considered valid.
The parameters of models (hydraulic coefficients, thermal exchange coefficients ...) are not known.
Consequently, the determination of structural properties directly from BGs without need of calculation is useful for FDI (Fault Detection and Isolation).
Initially, the linearized models are exploited for the monitoring study. Before any industrial implementation (or addition of sensors), the diagnosability of components, actuators and sensors is considered without the Analytical Redundancy Relations (ARR) generation.
In the second part of our research, the nonlinear BG is used for the design of monitoring systems. Thanks to the characteristic of process engineering models, it is possible to identify the category of the components (hydraulic actuators, thermal sensors...) to which the faulty element belongs. The monitorability of the simultaneous faults on actuators is then considered by a direct and generic approach using flatness.
