Etude d'Amas de Galaxies observés avec le satellite ROSAT

Abstract : The present work is composed of two parts.

The first part is a study of the galaxy cluster Abell 85 using ROSAT
satellite X-ray data together with optical and radio data, which we
submitted to several methods of analysis. We have studied peculiar parts of the cluster such as the central part where a cooling flows occurs and the region of the radio source 0038-096.
In this region we mesure the X-ray and radio fluxes to obtain the value of the magnetic field.

The second part is devoted to the study of the characteristics of cooling flows, gas and dark masses in 11 galaxy clusters, with a program which was constructed to fit the ROSAT data. We have obtained the baryon fraction of the clusters and discussed cosmological consequences of the obtained values.
