Méthodes informatiques pour l'expérimentation in virtuo de la cinétique biochimique. Application à la coagulation du sang.

Abstract : Virtual Reality offers a new method for complex biological systems investigation : the in virtuo experimentation. The modelisation of such systems needs the modelisation of biochemical kinetics. In this context, we defend the thesis that one can experiment in virtuo the biochemical kinetics of a complex biological system using a multiagent system (MAS) scheduled by the asynchronous and chaotic iterations scheme. There are three views of biochemical kinetics : macroscopic, mesoscopic and microscopic. We thus propose two MAS that simulate biochemical kinetics respectively on the macroscopic scale and on the microscopic scale. These are illustrated on the example of the blood coagulation system. The first is applied on the prothrombin time test, while the second is used in order to reproduce prothrombin activation.
