Modèles de pondération par les méthodes de tri croisé pour l'aide à la décision collaborative en projet

Abstract : In project management, weighting procedures contribute to the assessment of decision-making parameters. Despite this crucial role, market tools are very often insufficiently adapted to project requirements. Some of them lead even to inexact results. In parallel, the solutions that are available in the research world are often not enough flexible to allow immediate ground application. This thesis work provides some answers on both theoretical and practical levels. More precisely, it deals with pairwise comparisons based tools. This designation includes any method expressing the problem in terms of binary comparisons of the elements to be weighted, in order to facilitate the decision group task.
First of all, the added value of this work includes a greater flexibility in handling decision-makers opinions. A general mathematical formulation of the problem is proposed as well as perspectives for a better management of the judgmental imprecision from a fuzzy logic viewpoint. Our contribution also involves the detection and treatment of the inconsistency induced from the aggregation of pairwise comparisons which often include redundant but not coherent pieces of information. An original consistency indicator is proposed as well as an iterative procedure in order to enhance this consistency. Moreover, the introduction of the “voting entity” notion broadens the variety of vote strategies one can consider and allows a customized assistance to the decision group. Eventually, on the practical level, an original platform concept of asynchronic and distributed pairwise comparisons is proposed. It offers a greater flexibility for the design and management of pairwise comparison procedures in project. A computer program was developed in order to validate some of its functionalities.
